Rooms Vendi

There were some good points: the room was comfortable, with plenty of space for belongings, a large TV with clear channels, freshly washed sheets, and everything working. Overall cleanliness was satisfactory, and the staff were pleasant and kind. The bed and pillow felt a little hard to me, though that's personal preference. But this hostel isn't maintained well. The sheets looked good and the furniture was cute at first, yet the details told another story: the shower head was clogged and there was no holder, making it hard to shower properly. The fake leather chair had never been cleaned, a wall was damaged and badly patched, and paint was peeling. The bathroom light had improper wiring, the glass shelf beneath the mirror was missing, and there was only one towel rack for two towels, so one had to go over the shower rail. The window sills were dirty. The kettle sat on a table too far from any outlet. Nobody knocked before trying to come in to clean. The bed cover smelled musty and hadn't been washed in a while, though luckily the extra blanket was clean. There was a safe, but the clothes closet blocked it so it couldn't be used. It's a mix of good and bad, and if you don't expect five-star perfection, your stay may be pleasant.
