It’s a nice hotel in a peaceful spot, with a beautiful view of Delnice behind it. There’s another viewpoint at Jagodina cliff about 15 minutes from the hotel.

We stopped for a coffee break, but the waiter was unprofessional. He said he could set us up for a meal but not for drinks. After some discussion, he “allowed” us to get coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. Two small coffees and one hot chocolate cost 10€. They offer nothing else: the cable car isn’t working and you can’t ski. You can pay less at any ski resort in Slovenia or elsewhere. The place has huge potential, but they aren’t investing in anything and seem focused on taking people’s money. Never going back unless management and staff change.

The view over Delnice and the surrounding area is wonderful, and you can easily drive there from Delnice. Our room was very clean, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Lunch at the restaurant was good too. There were some clear corners cut in the details. The pillows were paper thin, and the TV didn’t work even though the weather was calm. The bathroom felt damp and chilly, with a sewer smell coming from somewhere. Breakfast was included but below average, with a limited selection. The Finnish sauna itself was by the book, but the spa setup was pretty awful for the price if you’ve used proper spas before. It’s in a tiny room off the utility hallway, which was dirty and noisy, with employees banging things around and speaking loudly. The “relaxing room” just has garden furniture to sit on, and there’s no shower. After the sauna you’re left sweaty, with no way to wash or freshen up. If they keep charging this premium price for the service, I hope they take it more seriously. If you’re just there to relax and enjoy nature, maybe you can take it as funny and enjoy yourself.

The restaurant service was so unpleasant and unfriendly. It’s unbelievable how much a look on someone’s face can ruin everything, and I won’t even get into how they spoke. I really dislike this place! Update: Your very “polite” reply says it all about your approach :) To refresh your memory, we had three teas and Ferrero cake. We also wanted to order food, but changed our minds after your attitude. And by the way, we never used your WC :))))) Have wonderful clients like yourselves.
