Vali

We were happy to find the hotel in a quieter part of town, while still being within a short walk of the city for exploring. The beach is close, though you need to go down two flights of stairs, and there are quality restaurants nearby. The views are incredible, and the balcony was a bucolic setting for the daily breakfast, which was a pleasure. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel has a lovely boutique feel. We’ve visited Croatia before with high expectations, and Hotel Vali exceeded them in every way. The beds were comfortable, though I’d have preferred one large bed instead of two pushed together. A perfect place for our milestone anniversary, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year.

It’s right by the beach, with a private beach, which is the hotel’s biggest advantage for us. The hotel is rather old but very clean, and room service was quick and professional. The rooms are spacious and have an amazing view. Dogs are welcome 🐕‍🦺. Breakfast got a bit boring, and there wasn’t much to do at the hotel besides the beach since the swimming pool was closed.

A perfect getaway for couples, right on the cliffs with a clean, well-maintained ocean site. The suites are spacious for Croatia, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Everyone on staff was professional, warm, and so helpful. Lovely, clean place.

It was a friendly, quiet stay, though there wasn’t much going on. The local pub was very accommodating when I needed hot water for cold medicine. The place felt more like a guest house than a hotel, but it was very clean and had a balcony with a nice sea view.
