A lovely place with few people around, and the lady who kept things in order was great.

The area is quiet, with three small pebble beaches and pleasant water. It suits families and anyone who wants to avoid tourist crowds. There are hills just behind the settlement for walking, though the local promenade is short and takes only a few minutes to cover. On the promenade you’ll find two bars and a shop with fresh pastries. We were three families, six adults and four children, and the second-floor apartment with three rooms didn’t give us enough space. Two adults had to sleep in the shared living and dining area, one on an air mattress and one on a pull-out sofa, since the two smaller bedrooms only fit a double bed and wardrobe and those beds couldn’t accommodate three people. The third bedroom is larger and fits three. There’s no microwave, though the rest of the kitchen equipment is adequate. The gas cylinder seemed nearly empty, with barely enough gas for one burner. The upper two-person apartment on the third-floor terrace is the prettiest, but it wasn’t usable for us in summer because it has no air conditioning. The other rooms have enough air conditioning. The large upper terrace has a grill and a beautiful sea and mountain view, with a magnificent sunset. The apartment is simply furnished and at least clean, but the toilets and showers are in poor shape. The owner should replace the worn sanitary fixtures and make the place feel cozier. The wifi is technically available, but nearly all the apartments share it, so it’s hard to connect and, when it works, the signal is weak and unstable, almost unusable. We paid about €420 for seven nights around the turn of July and August 2016, for two adults and a seven-year-old. That’s not a lot for peak season, but given the comfort, or rather lack of it, I can’t recommend this accommodation, especially to families with children. Two stars for the apartment, five for the sea, beach, promenade, and quiet surroundings.

It’s clean, has air conditioning, and costs a good price. The only issue is that the owner doesn’t speak English, despite the listing saying he does.

The beach is clean, peaceful, and fantastic. The town is small, with winding little streets, and everything is only a few steps away.
