Sea Holiday Houses

You can reach the beach in 65 steps, and the apartment entrance is at the end of an alley, so nobody passes by and we could sit at the outdoor table in peace. It's clean and well maintained, close to the sea, with two balconies, two toilets, and working outdoor blinds. The fridge is small but holds basic food, and the little freezer can make ice. There's very little wardrobe space. The stairs between floors are quite steep for small children. There are a lot of drawbacks, though. The alley gets no air moving at all, so evenings are hot, and cats roam outside. If you walk there with wet feet, they get "hairy". The kitchen and rooms on the first and second floors aren't separated by doors, so you hear absolutely everything. The bathroom is desperately small, with barely any room; to bend over the sink you have to open the door. Only the second floor has air conditioning, so being comfortable on the first floor on hot days means the second floor gets cold. Nothing dries on the first-floor balcony because it gets no sun or breeze, and it's small for sitting on. Things do dry on the second-floor balcony, but once you put the supplied drying rack there, there's no room left to sit at the plastic table. If all you're doing here is having breakfast and sleeping, it's fine.
