We booked our whole Croatia holiday in February, before the pandemic started. Croatia seemed to be managing things, but cases rose quite a bit in August and the UK brought in a 14-day quarantine for people returning from Croatia. The other four places we had booked let us cancel without a fee. This one wouldn’t, even though we contacted them and asked if they could make an exception. I understand we’d chosen a non-refundable booking back in February, which would normally be fair enough, but the pandemic was an unusual situation. We ended up paying the full amount without staying there, and couldn’t agree even on a partial refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I still hope to visit Croatia, but I definitely won’t book here again.

Just a three-minute walk from the old town, in an ideal spot outside the center. Good value for the price and highly recommended.
