Apartments Santa Maria

Stejpo met us at the apartment and gave us great recommendations for Dubrovnik. We stayed in the upstairs apartment, which is bright and well designed. From the photos on Google, it looks like it’s been renovated in the last couple of years; the photos from three years ago don’t show how it is now. The location is ideal for exploring the old town, literally a minute from the Jesuit Staircase, as made famous by Game of Thrones. Inside, there’s a kitchenette with a dishwasher and hobs, a lounge area, dining table, a wonderfully powerful shower, and a very large, comfortable double bed. We travelled around Croatia during our holiday, and this was honestly the best place we stayed. Highly recommend it, and we hope to return soon.

We’d happily stay here again. The apartment was clean and modern, and the location was amazing. Having a kitchen was a real bonus since food in the old town can be a little pricey. Stjepo was so friendly, and we have nothing but good things to say about the accommodation.

The owner was conscientious and incredibly welcoming. He helped carry our bags up all those stairs, arranged taxis and even sorted out logistics for our onward trip. The place was clean and pretty, a lovely little nest in the heart of Dubrovnik old town. Mobility issues would make it difficult, though that’s true of Dubrovnik as a whole. We enjoyed our short stay, thank you!

Stjepo was extra friendly and was waiting to meet us. The apartment and location were perfect for our short Dubrovnik stay. I recommend booking the taxi for an easy trip from the airport.
