The breakfast staff served a lovely meal with a smile, and Melissa, who made up our room each day, was kind and helpful with extra tea and room amenities. Everyone was helpful, from the friendly, welcoming front desk team who were ready with answers and tips to the restaurant staff. The hotel is modern and clean, sits by the port near a bus stop, and offers excellent service and breakfast.

I liked the location because I enjoy walking, and I could reach different areas in good time. The room and corridors were clean, and the other guests were friendly too. Staff were all helpful and welcoming. I had a great few days here and would recommend staying.

The room was spotless, spacious and comfortable, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. Dinner was excellent, with lots of different dishes, and the staff were great. We were welcomed warmly at reception and given a full rundown of the hotel services and the surrounding area. They also gave us a map and directions based on what we wanted to do. The location was ideal for the beaches, which we walked to. The bus stop right outside made the old town just a four-minute ride away, and we easily walked the ten minutes to the ferry terminal with our suitcases. A perfect place to start our time in Croatia, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms were spacious and tidy, and it was an easy stroll to Lapad and the marina restaurants. A bus stop nearby makes getting to the Old Town simple if you’d rather not walk. Staff engagement varied, and the hot breakfast and heat lamps weren’t effective.

Breakfast was generous and very good, and the hotel and restaurant service felt professional but still personal. The historic centre is also an easy walk away.
