We had a great stay as a couple at Dominium City Suites. The room was clean, comfortable and had great AC. It's fairly basic for amenities, and there weren't many appliances in the room, but we were glad to find a shared kitchen. There wasn't much seating, so we ate breakfast in bed. Management were quick to respond and helpful, including with suggestions for where to leave our luggage. Lapad has more restaurants and shops than we expected, plus a handy little supermarket close to the hotel. The bus stop is very nearby, and the number 6 bus gets you to Dubrovnik Old Town quickly. We'd definitely come back.

The room was clean and smelled lovely from the aromatic sticks. The area was quiet, so we slept well every night. The bed was comfortable and the shower had very good water pressure. There’s a nearby market, and the bus stop is about a five-minute walk away. We took bus 6 to the old town; it came soon and the ride was under 10 minutes when there was no traffic. Communication was only through WhatsApp, as other reviews mention. We got answers to all our questions, but it isn't the same as talking to someone at reception, and there were a few small misunderstandings and delays that fortunately worked out. Breakfast was fine, but it gets brought to your room and there isn't space for a table or chairs, so we had to eat in bed. With two kids, that wasn't very comfortable for anyone.

Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the room was clean with nearly everything we needed. The outdoor noise, though, was unbearable, starting at 7 AM and going on all morning. Also, €0.20 for one tea bag seems a bit much.
