The room wasn't very big, but it suited us perfectly for two nights in April. It was clean, with a priceless view, and we even had our own parking spot in a safe place at no extra cost. Antonio and Nikolina were kind and helpful throughout our stay, so we really recommend the guest house. Just be aware there's a flight of stairs to get there.

The room was spotless, the views were beautiful, and the staff were friendly. Just know it's best suited to people who are comfortable walking: there are around six flights of stairs from the main road, and the Old Town is about a 30-minute walk. It wouldn't be ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but it's a great-value stay.

Nikolina and her husband went above and beyond, and I'd happily come back. We stayed four nights, and although check-in was at 2pm, Nikolina had the room cleaned and ready when we arrived early at 11am. It was very clean and small, but had all the essentials, including a little fridge, TV, and a lovely bathroom. The terrace was lovely, with great views, and the location worked well between the old and new town. Bus number 4 usually runs every 15 minutes to Pile Gate. We also got free parking and were allowed to leave the car there all day after checkout. That might sound like a small thing, but parking in Dubrovnik is hard to find and can be expensive.

Dubrovnik is great, and Nikolina was amazing. The room had a wonderful view, and when we needed a beach bag for a boat trip, she kindly sent her son to bring us one since we only had backpacks. Hvala!

The apartment was spacious enough for us and sparkling clean, with everything we needed during our stay. It's about a 20-minute walk to the city center, and there's free parking nearby. The only drawback is the stairs.
