The room itself was clean and okay, but the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom right beside it wasn't great. The service, though, was awful from the moment we arrived. Nobody sent check-in instructions, so we stood outside for over an hour before being told check-in was at a different location. We weren't given checkout instructions either. Their working hours weren't clear, and our calls and texts went unanswered for hours. There's no 24-hour front desk or even phone help. I won't stay there again.

Daria at reception was so welcoming and gave us amazing customer service. It's an awesome place, and I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in Dubrovnik. Be sure to keep in touch with them before you arrive.
