Villa Borna Apartments

Martin is a wonderful host and goes out of his way to help guests. Vila Borna is lovely, with all kinds of amenities and thoughtful attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

The owners were wonderfully kind and made us feel welcome right away. Martin took time to point out places to visit, and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I have nothing but compliments for them. When we return to Dubrovnik, this is the only place we’ll want to stay. Thanks to Martin and family for a wonderful experience! The apartment was very clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. Guests can use a pool on the top floor, and a small staircase behind it leads to a beautiful view of the ocean, mountains, and city. There’s a beach about a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The property is in a quieter area away from the city center, a nice break from the crowds, but it’s easy to get to the Old Town by bus or Uber.

Our apartment had two bedrooms and loads of space, with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. There’s a supermarket close by, and Martin was really helpful. We stayed for four days and loved the place. The room decor felt a bit dated, and being on the top floor meant too many stairs for me. Still, I’d happily recommend staying here.

The owner was so friendly and went through all the details with us, which made me feel at home. The location is handy for the Valamar area, ORSAN club and the Harbour Bay departures for Elafiti Tour, with plenty of restaurants a 5 to 10 minute walk away. I’d have liked the room and bathroom to be more modern.
