Waking up to the olive groves and the Adriatic from the patio was a real pleasure. The villa is immaculate, with clean, bright, spacious bedrooms and an efficient, well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor cooking area worked beautifully for family meals and barbecues, and the grounds are kept so neatly that you’d think a landscaping crew was on site. It was actually a robotic mower that became a favorite with our family during the week we stayed. The facilities are comprehensive, and the location is great for bike rides into town. Pula and Rovinj are both about a 25-minute drive away. This is one of the best villas I’ve rented. My only change would be to add a pool heater. Otherwise, it was perfection.

The owners were warm, accommodating, and always ready to help. The villa has a wonderful sea view, and the water is about a 1.5 km walk away. It’s spacious and luxurious, with modern, clean amenities, a big garden, and a fantastic pool. The whole property is fenced, which was ideal for our dog.

We had such a lovely three weeks here with our two teenagers and dog, and didn’t find ourselves wanting for anything. The hosts were kind and helpful. They welcomed us with chilled sparkling wine, fresh flowers, and olive oil from their own plantation, and brought us fresh vegetables during our stay. The house and grounds are clean and very well looked after. We always had fresh towels, and the pool was cleaned each week. Set just above Fazana, the house is peaceful, though it’s about a 20-minute walk to Fazana and the beach. Our dog had a little paradise: the property is fully fenced, he could cool off in the air-conditioned house on hot days, and run around in the evenings. We had a wonderful holiday and would love to return.

The owners’ parents greeted us so warmly, and three or four times they brought fresh fruit from the garden next door. We even got to pick figs straight from the tree. The bungalow was more beautiful than the photos, with a barbecue area beside a stunning pool and panoramic views across a huge olive grove. The amenities were top-notch, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and we slept incredibly well. Our favorite detail was the machine for ice cubes, crushed ice, and ice water. Simply wow, five stars don’t cover it.
