The pool and its terrace were a real highlight, clean and well cared for, with pretty lighting in the evening. There was plenty of parking at the house, including some covered spots, which felt convenient and secure. The hosts were warm and professional, easy to reach, and quick to answer questions. Check-in and departure both went smoothly. The house is in a quiet but central spot, with shops, restaurants, beaches, and nearby sights within easy reach. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would love to return. A great choice for peace, comfort, and good service.

We especially loved the pool and garden lounge, and enjoyed every minute of our 11 days at the villa. It was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. We came in two cars, seven adults, three children, and four dogs, and the house had plenty of space inside and out for all of us. It’s modern, with lots of rooms and everything we needed. Communication with the host was great from beginning to end. We were touched by the gifts, including a big platter of cold cuts and bread, cake, and a large jar of honey. None of us had ever received such thoughtful things on a vacation before. Zadar and the sea were less than half an hour away, and easy to reach by Uber. There was some air traffic over the house, which bothered us a little, but we got used to it. We definitely recommend the place!

We were 11 people, and the property was fantastic. The pool is large, with lots of places to sit and lounge. There are three kitchens, a barbecue area, pool table, darts, and plenty more, so you really don't lack for anything. Everything was clean and in good condition. We got around by Uber and only went into town for a quick run to a small shop.

We felt very comfortable at Villa Leonardo and highly recommend it. It's a beautiful house and property, away from the tourist crowds, and very clean and well kept overall. There were a few minor things, but that's to be expected in a holiday home. Great value for money, too. The owner was friendly and focused on making guests comfortable, though unfortunately communication was only in English. It's a child-friendly place, and when we accidentally caused a little damage, the owner handled it superbly and sorted everything out quickly and easily.
