The rooms are clean and well cared for, and homemade breakfasts are available for anyone heading out on a full-day trip. The hosts are even better than the place itself. It’s tucked by the mountains and forests, away from busy commercial tourism, with countless hiking and cycling paths where you can get away from people. I’m counting the days until I can return. See you!

The garden is beautiful, clearly cared for with a lot of time and attention. The owner has also built a stunning shared space with gorgeous timber beams and Croatian artifacts. The couple were very accommodating, even at the last minute. We got a hot meal soon after arriving and were offered delicious homemade liqueur. The clean, comfortable rooms and bathroom were lovely, and there’s a small kitchenette for making tea and washing things. Very nice accommodation with personal service.

We had plenty of room in the four-bed room, and the owners were really nice. They even made us a big breakfast at 7:30 am with just about everything you could imagine. The place has a lovely vibe, and I’d recommend it. It felt like stepping back in time. I loved the old-fashioned look, though everything was modern too and nothing was missing. There were even cute cats outside!

Gordana and Boris are wonderful hosts. It’s a cozy, pleasant place, and they can make a great homemade breakfast if you want one. I’d recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
