The campsite was very basic. The women’s toilet was basically a construction site, there was no soap, and there weren’t even chairs for the table. We had to sit on the table to eat dinner and breakfast. That would have been fine if the price matched the facilities, but in April we paid 40 euros for two people in a tent, without a camper van or car. At similar campsites with better facilities, we’d paid 30 euros max on the days before. About the owner’s reply: we were NOT told about the special situation or the price. The email only said the campsite was open and we could come. Again, we would have been fine with the situation if the price had reflected it.

On warm days, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Without air conditioning, it’s hot, stuffy, and unbearable, and a fan in the room only heated things up instead of cooling them. The owners should install air conditioning and raise the price, rather than prey on people’s naivety. There’s no washing machine, little equipment for the whole house, and no contact with the owner. The photos in the listing show completely different rooms from the ones we rented. If you want a peaceful, happy holiday, it’s better to avoid this place.

The beach was almost right outside the door, and there was plenty of space for all nine of us. We had a wonderful stay at Vala Apartments, and the hosts were really friendly and helpful 🤗.

The beach is family friendly, and the apartment is modern, clean, and well equipped. You can really enjoy the feeling of being by the sea. The owner is kind and very helpful. Highly recommended.
