Ivano Apartments

There’s a short walk to the sea in either direction from this lovely, fully equipped apartment. It has two bedrooms, a dining area and TV in the kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet. There’s also an electric kettle, fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and clothes dryer. Soap, towels, dishwasher capsules, and other essentials were provided. Outside the apartment is a seating area, plus things for kids to do, including swings and a trampoline. We’d definitely come back if we’re in the area again.

The hosts are kind, helpful, speak English, and are available when you need them. There are two beaches about halfway between the apartment and each one: one is closer to town, with restaurants and shops, while the narrower, more secluded one has a bar. We liked heading to that beach in the afternoon or evening because the sun stays out longer. Our apartment had a huge terrace, and guests can use a separate building with a barbecue, dishes and cutlery, a large table, garden swing, three kids’ swings, trampoline, and other toys. Inside, it felt clean, tidy, and elegant from the moment we arrived. Everything was provided, even a hairdryer and needle and thread, along with plenty of towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher tablets. The cozy blankets were a lovely surprise, perfect for a chilly evening or bedtime. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and both the oven and refrigerator were spotless. There was a toaster, induction cooktop, and all the pots, bowls, pans, cups, plates, and cutlery we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The owner was lovely, chatty, and attentive. The apartment is close to both the beach and the town center, and there’s a little playground with scooters, bouncers, swings, and a trampoline to keep the kids busy. Inside, it’s clean, tidy, and roomy, with spacious rooms and large wardrobes. The kitchen is well stocked: toaster, oven, induction hob, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery, bowls, plates, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, and a fridge with freezer. Even ice cubes for drinks were ready 😉. The bathroom has plenty of shelves and personal care space, plus small and large towels and a hairdryer under the sink. On the terrace there’s a clothes dryer and a table with chairs. SUPER ‼️‼️ Highly recommend it👍🙂‼️

The Banovac family deserve all the praise! Over four years, we spent our summers in four different apartments, and every one was extremely tidy and equipped down to little things like needles and thread, a hairdryer, iron, and toaster. The family are genuine hosts, friendly but never intrusive. You can walk to the necessary facilities in a few minutes. The beach works well for families with children, while the concrete piers are no more than five minutes from the apartment if you’re looking for some peace. For walking, there’s a pine forest promenade in Šparadići and trails behind the Šibenik "Chinese Wall".
