Lipa in Krnica with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

The grill, pizza oven, and ice cube machine were among the amenities that made this place feel like it had everything we could want. Villa Lipa was one of the best places we’ve stayed on a vacation with friends. There’s plenty of space, and the location is great. Davor is so friendly and accommodating. I can only warmly recommend a holiday here :)

The villa is a bit outside the village, so being loud in the pool won’t disturb the neighbors. It’s a great vacation spot, with parking right in front of the entrance and a friendly owner. The garden is beautiful, and there’s a pool and outdoor kitchen. The villa is well equipped, and the wine cellar has a big selection of wines and grappa to choose from. Awesome place.

Vesna and Davor were wonderful hosts, helpful and very accommodating. The villa was clean and well maintained, from the garden and pool area to the inside. Every room has air conditioning, and both kitchens, indoors and out, are top-notch. We’d love to come back.

The interiors are carefully designed, with solid wood Tuscan furniture, wrought-iron railings on the stairs, and wrought-iron bed frames. There’s also an indoor sauna, a wine cellar made of wood and stone with its own microclimate to preserve the quality and original flavor of the wines, plus a terrace or solarium, pergola, and children’s playground. Outside, there’s a mosaic pool with a rustic stone deck and a covered patio with a huge table, stone sink, barbecue, and pizza oven. A refrigerator and drinks fridge were recently added, keeping the space warm even in winter. The garden is enormous, beyond anything I could reasonably estimate. This dream villa is in Prodol, Istria, Croatia, surrounded by lush greenery. Stunning.
