The apartment is comfortable and the sea view is beautiful. I loved having breakfast on the balcony early, with the breeze and the sea. The kitchen is especially well equipped, and there’s plenty of other useful equipment too. The plumbing needs attention, though, and the air conditioner below the window made a terrible noise.

The balcony looked out over the sea, and the rooms were practical. We’d seen the photos and reviews beforehand, so knew what to expect, and it lived up to them.

There’s a lot of space, and the apartment was spotless. It’s quiet in the little village of Milna, near the island’s most beautiful coves and only a few minutes by car from Hvar town. You can see the sea from the apartment. It’s equipped with everything, from dishwasher soap and kitchen utensils to plenty of linens.

This is a lovely place to stay if you have a car. Hvar, a very busy town, is 5 km away, and there’s a good supermarket opposite the Grad State Boarding Station, about 8 km away. There are two small beaches nearby, one with facilities and one through the campsite, plus small restaurants and a little market. A lovely walk on a dirt road along the sea and through pine trees takes you to a rocky nudist cove, then in 20 minutes to a magnificent pebble beach below a restaurant. The sea is wonderful.
