Hotel Croatia

The hotel was peaceful and elegant, with a beautiful Adriatic view from the outdoor pool and lounge. It’s in a handy spot, about 10-15 minutes from the ferry Harbor. My wife and I only had one night here and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were incredible and really went out of their way for us. I can’t recommend it enough.

We had a lovely birthday stay, and the staff did so much to make it special for my daughter and me. There are lots of different places to sit around the grounds, plus plenty of loungers by the heated pools. Breakfast was lovely, and tea and coffee were available throughout the day. They picked up our luggage at the port when we arrived, so we could explore town before walking the easy route along the waterfront to the hotel, about 15 minutes. On the way back, they met us at the port with our bags in good time for the ferry. Everyone was attentive and made us comfortable. I’d gladly return to beautiful Hvar.

After breaking my ankle in Dubrovnik, I was grateful for how considerate everyone was. They picked me up from the ferry in the luggage golf cart so I wouldn’t have far to walk, and put us in a room near the lift. It had a garden view and a patio facing a water feature, with outdoor seating where I could rest my ankle in the sun. I couldn’t use the pool, but my husband said it was great, overlooking the sea. Kristina, Csongor, and the reception team arranged our transport. Sara brought me G and T’s, while Bojan and the breakfast team made sure I ate well. Special mention to Dijanane, who may make the best eggs in the world. They were perfect every time. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff were wonderful, and we’re looking forward to coming back.

Hotel Moeesy and the whole team were the best. We’d planned on just one night, but after arriving my wife and I decided to extend our stay. The staff were attentive and had great suggestions for places to explore and eat. We hope to return someday.
