Palace Elisabeth Hvar Hotel

We stayed for nearly a week and were completely happy with our time at Hotel Palace Elisabeth in Hvar. It was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had, and we’ve stayed in plenty of high-end places. We’ll definitely return and recommend Palace Elisabeth very warmly. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. The location made it easy to get around, with stunning views. Inside, the rooms were comfortable and elegant, and the hotel had a peaceful feel, with a touch of history. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and professional. Their service was personal and attentive while still discreet, and we felt well looked after throughout. It more than lived up to what we expect from a five-star hotel.

We visited in August, when the town was lively, but it wasn’t loud. The hotel is lovely and sits right in the middle of town, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Service was top notch. Breakfast is a la carte, with live piano music, and having drinks on the terrace while watching the sunset was lovely.

We had amazing views from our room, and the beds were really comfortable. The room was generally a high standard, though the one thing I’d change is the storage. A chest of drawers would’ve been so useful. We spent a week at Palace Elizabeth for my birthday, and it was such a treat. The hotel is beautifully kept, and the staff are especially attentive. Breakfast had so much choice and was exceptional. Wolfie served us most mornings with a smile. On my birthday, the breakfast waiters brought a cake and a glass of prosecco to my table and sang Happy Birthday. It made me feel very special. This really is a fabulous hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed in.

The rooms are full of character, the food is fantastic, and the service was wonderful. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I’ve never written a review before, but this one truly deserves its five stars.
