4/10
The apartment was clean, and that’s the main reason I’m giving it two stars instead of one. The host didn’t try to fix any of the problems we reported by phone. We called three times, then realized he wasn’t coming and gave up. We never met him during our stay of over a week. The apartment we got wasn’t the one shown in the booking pictures. The one in the photos looked much better, with better equipment and a better view. The bathroom drain didn’t work, though it wasn’t clogged. After a shower, water stood over our ankles for 10-15 minutes before draining. The sink drain was the same, and there was no hot water at the bathroom sink. The TV didn’t work either, and there wasn’t even a table in the apartment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this host deserves one. I can see the good reviews, but based on our experience, staying here isn’t worth risking your holiday.

The rooms are pleasant and the view is divine. The facade may not suggest it, but the service is really friendly.
