Tamaris is a must for me. The waitress was always smiling, the chairs face the sun, and the view is the best I’ve seen in town. I loved the octopus salad and grilled squid too. No doubt, it’s the best restaurant I found in Split.

The restaurant right next door serves very nice food and has good service. The rooms are small, with basic equipment, and the bathrooms are old and small too. There’s a small market about 1km away, and getting to the water isn’t ideal. Infrastructure in general could be better. Still, if you’re mostly out all day and only need a place to sleep, it’s good enough. :)

The risotto was just okay and the place felt fairly pricey. But the wine was cheap and tasty, and the views were outstanding.
