The refund refusal was the last straw. I asked for my money back after finding out the pool advertised for the property couldn't be used, but they refused. Before that, the host had been dismissive and unresponsive when I tried to raise the issue. The whole thing felt misleading and frustrating, and I regret booking. I'd tell other visitors to be careful.

Mateja made us feel welcome and was very helpful throughout our stay at villa M&M. We also loved having the pool and balcony, and the beach is only about a 10-minute walk away. We'd recommend it!

The terrace has lovely views, especially at sunset, and there are restaurants and a market close by. Getting to Hvar's nightlife takes around half an hour on foot. The location was good, though the apartment wasn't very clean. We also couldn't use the pool because it was dirty and had to be drained for cleaning. It's okay overall.
