Youth Hostel Villa Marija

My favorite hostel so far! The terrace has the best atmosphere, there are always events, happy hour at the bar, and free pub crawls. The staff are easily the best ever. It’s next to the beach, though the walk from the center is a little hilly. Stay here if you want a nice, clean, modern hostel and a chance to meet people. I’d definitely recommend it.

The private room had everything we needed, including AC, a balcony, and even a little kitchen. We also loved the huge terrace and swimming pool. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I’ve met, always ready to sort things out. Probably the best hostel I’ve stayed in, and I’m not exaggerating. Highly recommended.

The hostel sits between everything, and the food service downstairs was both really good and amazingly cheap for the island. We were greeted by a great guy who brought us cold water when we arrived red from the heat, then explained what to do and see. There’s a pool too. It’s probably my favourite hostel so far. Just be ready for the climb up the stairs with your bags, unless you find the way that avoids them. We didn’t know about it, lol. I’d stay again.

There’s a nice terrace for relaxing, and the kitchen has enough equipment for simple meals. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with their own bathrooms and AC. Staff were really friendly and happy to help whenever we needed something.
