Emotheo Heritage Hotel

The people working here really set the atmosphere, and the restaurant and its food and service were wonderful. The hotel itself impressed us too, with well-furnished rooms and good sound insulation. Highly recommended, it’s a must-visit.

The hotel felt quite new, and the room was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. I had a view of the castle, and the modern bathroom came with amenities. Check-in was a pleasure, and they even offered me a glass of sparkling wine. I also enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant, where the food was nicely presented, and the made-to-order breakfast with local dishes was very tasty. Everything was clean. The only downside was no hotel parking, so I had to find a spot in town. The Blue Lake is a five-minute walk away. Highly recommend it.

Everyone on staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was excellent, with eggs, bacon, fresh bread, homemade cheeses, fresh tomatoes and vegetarian options. The whole mini-hotel looks brand new and was super clean. My only complaint is the smoke detector on the ceiling. Its two red lights flash every ten seconds, and that constant blinking disturbed my sleep even with my eyes closed. Many people might not notice it, but light sleepers may find it bothersome.

The breakfast alone is something you’ll want to come for, it was all amazing! The hostesses were cheerful, really friendly and ready to help with anything. This gorgeous place is clearly run with pride. The photos match the rooms exactly, and the quality of the sheets and towels, along with the cleanliness throughout, exceeded my expectations.
