The hike is fairly easy and not too long, and the view of the islands from up there is great. Please take your garbage with you. It's sad to see litter in such a beautiful place.

From Korinjak Peak, you can clearly see Veli Iž and the islands of Ugljan, Rava, and Dugi Otok. It’s a lovely viewpoint, and also the highest point on Iž.

I’d time the easy climb for just before sunset, when the sun drops into the sea. From the end of the macadam, there’s a road sign on the left, and the ascent takes about 15-20 minutes. The island views are wonderful.
