Apartments Villa Hvar

The place itself is perfect. The hosts, though... better not to say anything. :/

Peaceful, quiet, and with beautiful views. The apartments are lovely and well equipped, everything was perfect, and the owners were very helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We chose Perla Apartments for our guests’ stay and reception while organizing a wedding in Hvar at the end of September. Mariola was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. The dinner was delicious, and our guests were delighted, everyone left full and happy. It was a friendly, pleasant atmosphere where all of us could relax. The views were simply stunning. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a holiday in Hvar.

It’s a quiet neighborhood with lovely views and a nice, well-equipped property close to the beach. The internet was good, though parking was limited. But our stay was spoiled by a TV that never got replaced, even though the football championship was on, and by broken air conditioning. It was already acting up when we arrived on Sunday, then stopped working altogether on Tuesday while temperatures were around 30°C. We and the guests upstairs raised the issue, and Ms. Mariola, the owner, tried to address it, but nothing changed until Friday afternoon. We were leaving Saturday morning, so we spent almost the whole stay sweltering. I found the owners’ attitude toward guests disrespectful, as if they’d forgotten who was there for whom. Air conditioning was standard equipment, and we weren’t asking for anything more.
