We waited an hour for fish soup, which had rice but no fish or fish flavor. The Djuvedj was also tasteless rice, with very little vegetable. My mother-in-law had the same dishes and felt the same way. My husband was the only one who ate his pizza. I was cautious about what I ordered, so luckily we didn’t get much, though of course we paid. When I complained that the food had no taste, the staff laughed as we were leaving. The waitress was unpleasant and laughed at my comment, and the meal took far too long. I’d tell people not to eat in Jablanac, and especially not at Lux. Go to Jure in Tribunj instead: the food is excellent, the waiter knows what he’s doing and speaks several languages. I’ve been there once. It’s an hour from Jablanac. We’d gone to see the nice beach in Zavratnica bay, and were hungry, especially my husband, who couldn’t wait to get to Jure. I won’t make the same mistake twice. No more food at Lux in Jablanac. Terrible.

Service was an experience I’d rather forget. The food was decent, though nothing special, and my fish was half raw. There aren’t many alternatives here, and that’s the result.

The location is nice, but I wouldn’t recommend having lunch there. The prices were much too high for food that wasn’t good: the meat was dry, portions were small, and side dishes cost extra. The Greek salad had mozzarella in it. Some employees were helpful, but they refused to serve us lemonade, saying it wasn’t on the menu even though it was. I can’t comment on the rooms, since we only ate there.

We only stopped for lunch and didn’t stay there. The octopus salad was inedible. When we told the owner it wasn’t good, she didn’t seem willing to accept the feedback. She eventually took it off the bill, but the experience was unpleasant.
