We booked this apartment at the last minute for one night after our plans changed, and it turned out to be amazing. The views from the lounge and bedroom doors, which open onto two balconies, were beautiful. The apartment was decorated so nicely, and the owner was lovely. We'd happily come back and recommend it.

It's a lovely spot for a quiet, relaxed stay, with a well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful host. The beach is about 800 metres away, while the city centre takes around a 25-minute drive to reach.

I stayed in a self-contained one-bedroom flat with two balconies and a smashing view. The sea and shops are within walking distance, and the food I had was good. It's a quiet place, though nearby towns and the island offer plenty to do if you don't want to spend all your time relaxing. The hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful, which really made the stay better.

The owner is very kind, and I had a really pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the place is about 15 minutes from Rijeka Airport. There are only two restaurants nearby, but both are very good.

I recommend Apartments Villa Americana. I had to cancel my May 20-25, 2019 reservation because of some problems, and the owners waived the full 29 euro cancellation cost. They could have charged it when I cancelled, so I felt they cared more about tourists than the money.
