The owner really does everything to make you feel at home. It’s a cosy, really nice place, close to a small beach that isn’t too crowded and to Jelsa city center.

We loved the place, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver on hot days. There are quite a lot of stairs up to the apartment, though that wasn’t a problem for us. The large terrace had an incredible view over Jelsa, and we didn’t miss a single sunset. The clean apartment had a well-equipped kitchen with utensils, salt, and pepper. Oil and a coffee maker were missing, but the host sorted that out very quickly. Ivan replied to messages quickly and was very friendly.

Jelsa is, in my opinion, prettier and quieter than Hvar, which is a 30-minute drive away. The apartments were very clean and comfortable, and the owner was friendly. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to central Jelsa, with a few stairs along the way.

The owner was especially hospitable and accommodating. Our two-room apartment for four was very clean, and we had everything we needed. The balcony and terrace both looked out over a fantastic harbor view.
