The hosts are a lovely couple, and the cottage has a lot of charm. Downstairs there's a garden, terrace, kitchen, and living area; upstairs are the bedroom, bathroom, and balcony, connected by a pretty spiral staircase. From this spot in the heart of Istria, day trips to Rovinj, Pula, Poreč, and other places are easy. The Adriatic Sea isn't far, and the evening views of it are fantastic. Go!

The terrace is a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day, with a beautiful sunset view. The house is well equipped, and from Kanfanar it's under 30 minutes to lots of beaches. Its central position also makes getting to other sights around Istria easy. We were welcomed with a snack, and the hosts supplied homemade wine during our stay. They're truly hospitable.

The owners were the best part: welcoming and attentive, with homemade jam and wine, plus fruit from their garden like figs and grapes. The photos are true to life. It's a very clean, tidy little house with everything you need, a lovely terrace view, and a well-kept garden. Great location. Highly recommended!!@@@
