I wouldn’t recommend stopping here. The rooms are dated and dirty, the toilet smelled and felt unclean, and the shower water wasn’t hot. The seafood risotto seemed to be made with a cheap frozen seafood sauce from a supermarket, even though the sea is just 1 metre away and they could serve proper fish dishes. The lady also tried to sell us unwanted würstels with chips from another table for 7€ each. I was baffled. You can’t pay by card at the hotel, though the same lady, who owns it, lets you pay by card in the restaurant inside. I left disappointed and would go elsewhere.

The service was fantastic. We arrived while the owner, who handles reception, was out for lunch, and the cleaning lady let us into a room so we could explore town. We checked in the next day. The rooms are small and cute, with air conditioning, and the location is great, right by shops and the bus stop.

The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, breakfast decent, and the room’s air conditioning worked well. But the motel and rooms felt old and below standard for the price. There was a foul sewer smell, and the room was quite noisy from live music and restaurants outside the hotel, though there wasn’t loud live music while we were there. There was no balcony or elevator. The TV and internet worked, but the channels were in Croatian.

The breakfast was generous, with plenty of everything, though they forgot my salad. With all the other food, it wasn’t a big loss. The service was very friendly, and the room was spacious and had clearly been completely renovated, with a great shower. After reading the earlier reviews, I was very pleasantly surprised. Thanks, we’d be glad to return.
