RESIDENCES by zec – SUPERIOR comfort. PERFECT holidays.

I was looking for a quiet break away from noise and bustle, and the apartment’s peaceful setting was just right. Each morning started in a wonderfully calm atmosphere. The Zec family made me feel at home with their warmth and personal attention, which added something special to the stay. The place was spotless throughout, with clear care given to every detail. I can highly recommend the Zec family's apartment in Kastav for its cleanliness, tranquility and family feel. I’m already looking forward to another stay.

Everything is practically new and very clean, and the owner is friendly and kind. The accommodation is in a strategic spot for Kastav, the river and the abbey.

Ivo and his wife were so kind and helpful that it felt like visiting our parents. They pointed us to beaches and restaurants that left us speechless. The villa is also ideally placed for getting around, with the sea and free parking, restaurants, Rijeka, Opatija, pretty villages and a good dentist office all accessible. I highly recommend staying here!!!

We’ve never slept as well as we did in this apartment. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped, and the owner was great. Opatija is nearby, and you can easily reach the beaches by car. Top accommodation. We’ll definitely come back here and nowhere else. Thanks for everything!
