The location is good, but that’s about the only positive. The room was small and dark, nothing like the promotional photos, and the sliding balcony door was cracked and barely holding together. We were meant to have a double bed but got two hard, uncomfortable singles that felt like summer camp beds. There was no kettle, crockery, or drinking glasses. The air conditioner made noise but didn’t cool the room, and after a shower the water took about five minutes to drain.

I only needed the room for one night after missing my flight home. It was comfortable and nice, and the airport was about a 45-minute walk with my bags, so I walked there in the morning. The air conditioning didn’t work, and there was no kettle or way to make tea or coffee, though that wasn’t a problem for such a short stay. Breakfast wasn’t available because the kitchen was being refurbished.

The rooms are modern-looking and really clean, and the staff were lovely. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, but having a pool makes up for that. A very nice spot to stay in Kaštela, and I’d definitely book again.

The food wasn’t very good, the rooms were dirty, and the towels weren’t clean. Worst of all, there were beetles in the bed sheets and they bit me badly. A lizard was also running around the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a holiday in Croatia at all.

I can’t recommend staying here. There was dust and dirt throughout the room, which wasn’t cleaned, and the air conditioner didn’t work. I was also disappointed by the very unfriendly staff, especially the hostess. Bedbugs left large bites on my body.
