The room was perfect, with air conditioning, a comfy bed, a clean bathroom, and a little kitchenette. They’d left fresh peaches, juice, and water too. It’s super cozy, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the bars and restaurants.

A lovely place, with a nice owner and the spacious beach in Kastel very close by.

We stayed for a week with the kids on the ground floor. There’s a large terrace linking the living room and bedroom, and the place is quiet, with a cucumber garden, barbecue, and swing. The beach is close, which was the main draw. If we needed anything, we could just knock on the door. The sofa in the living room could use freshening up, and there was no coffee machine, just a pot.

Roko, thank you so much for your kindness, we won’t forget it. We were struggling in the heat on our motorbikes, so he let us check in early. On the day we left, he also let us stay at the apartment so we wouldn’t have to spend the whole day in the heat in Split waiting for our ferry. He’s truly kind and understanding. He also keeps free cold water available for guests all the time, which is a real luxury. Hugs from two Spanish bikers! ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️👏👏👏

The beach is nearby, and we had covered parking. Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The hosts were kind and helpful, too. I'd happily recommend Roko's apartments.
