The road situation made this a poor fit for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is right by a four-lane road, about 10 meters from the highway, and the terrace entrance is only around 3 meters from traffic. It's loud and felt dangerous. We slept with earplugs supplied by the staff, but could still hear cars at night. The Google Street View pictures and, I think, the reviews are out of date. There was just one window in our apartment, with frosted glass, so the room felt dim and a bit claustrophobic. We also found ants in the downstairs apartments. For a place described as pet friendly, they're apparently the only animals that don't cost extra. The staff were nice, the owner gave us fresh fruit and vegetables, and the air conditioning worked well. There's a really nice barbecue area, though it was a little too loud to relax there. I'd call this more of a motel than a place to unwind on vacation.

I liked the new, clean apartment and the well-kept garden that guests share. The owner also has a bar, and it feels welcoming without being noisy. The reason I can't give it five stars is the busy, loud four-lane road running right in front of the apartments.
