Apartments villa Mira

Best apartment in Croatia! See you next year! :)

The shared terrace is lovely, right beneath the church tower. The sound is loud, but it gives the place some character. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, and we could park the car there. The apartment has a bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, and a nice bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. Air conditioning is in the living room, and it cools the bedroom too if you leave the door open. It's a handy base for Trogir and Split. We also drove to Omis for rafting and the zipline.

The hostess and her assistant went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They answered any request on Viber within five minutes. The hostess lives a few houses away and lets guests park on her property. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, from dishes and an iron to a toaster, coffee maker, stove, hood, oven, working air conditioning, beach loungers, towels, and slippers. We were even given a souvenir magnet, treated to local beer, and got one night free. The terrace is a lovely spot for an evening glass of wine, overlooking the church and bell tower built on the foundations of a Benedictine monastery. The apartments are styled like an old Mediterranean house, in the ancient town of Kastela, a former port where Greek ships once docked. Its old houses, narrow lanes, and preserved port towers give it a special feel. Split is a 25-minute drive away.

The owner is wonderful and helpful, and you can reach them any time, day or night. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It's a fantastic place close to both the sea and the beach.
