We’ve stayed twice and are already trying to figure out when we can return. It’s quiet and peaceful, with a clean apartment and all the essentials, and the hosts are wonderful. The beach is only a stone’s throw away, though it’s rocky, so bring wet shoes. The sea and the view are lovely. The place is in the middle of the kastels, with Split and Trogir a short distance away. For local produce and a fantastic espresso, walk to the square at kastel stari in the morning when the market is on. If you’re after a relaxing stay and cooking with local ingredients, this is a great spot.

We had cocktail catering for a 40th birthday at this beautiful villa by the sea. It’s a peaceful, quiet place to enjoy. Highly recommended.

The owners were very friendly, and Igor was easy to reach and polite when we sorted things out with him. We stayed in an apartment with two bedrooms, a covered terrace and a large, comfortable living room with a kitchenette. We always value having a terrace, and this one was great. The property had all the equipment we needed, so there was nothing we had to bring. The nearest beach is narrow and rocky, but it suited us and was about a two-minute walk away. Turn right there and, another 100 metres on, you’ll reach public beaches with showers. You can also walk along the sea for a long way in the evenings, preferably heading right. There are various chain shops about a 10-minute walk away. It’s a handy base for visiting Trogir and Split, which are about equally far away. On Igor’s recommendation, we went to Klis Castle and found it worth the trip.
