Toni welcomed us kindly and took care of our needs, but it seemed he was the only person managing the hotel. Our six-night stay left us very disappointed. The room was never cleaned, and the common areas weren't clean either. Breakfast was very limited and finished far too early, from 7:30 to 9 am. The bathroom was extremely small, the taps and toilet only worked partly, and the shower curtain kept sticking to us. There was no bath mat, drying rack or room service, so we had to ask for basics like shower gel and toilet paper. Some electrical outlets were only partly fixed and seemed dangerous, and noise carried through the common areas. The hotel is also below Split airport's flight path and faces a very busy road. Unfortunately, this was a nightmare of a stay. I would avoid this hotel.

Toni, the owner, is a legend. I'd recommend it.

This isn't the correct location. Search Google for villa mamut. The one on the left, towards Trogir, is the right place.
