I traveled by myself and stayed one night in a comfortable single room with a fridge. The family-run B&B is in the cute Kastela area between Split and Split Airport, which is close by. Staff contacted me on WhatsApp before I arrived, so communication was easy. There's a supermarket right across the street, handy when I was tired and didn't want to drive around looking for a snack. I enjoyed walking down to the waterfront in the evening and again in the morning, even at the end of October. Breakfast was generous, and I especially liked the hazelnut Lino Lada Duo spread. I ended up buying a big jar to take home! The photo is the view from my window. Thanks for getting my vacation off to a good start.

The food was authentic and delicious, and the service was spot on. The whole place had such an easygoing feel. One of my best apartment stays, and I can't wait to return. 10/10, would recommend.

The beach is only a two-minute walk away, and buses to both the city and airport come every 20 minutes. This is a cozy, friendly spot between the airport and Split, a good pick for a quiet, relaxed holiday. Remember to switch on the AC for better ventilation.

Everything was clean, and breakfast was nice. The beach is 100 m away, with a car wash, bar, and shop across the street. Excellent accommodation.

There's no sign, which made the guesthouse hard to find, although it's only a few blocks from the bus stop. Rooms are fine, but the beds are short, so anyone 2 meters tall or more shouldn't stay here. The shower heads are quite high and spray water outside the shower, so you shouldn't be under 1.5 m tall either. Staff were very pushy about check-in time, even though it was clearly listed on the reservation. They also don't accept credit cards.
