We found the hostel clean and welcoming, with a lovely little garden and shared space. It’s right by the beach and only six minutes from the airport. The sweet dog Dolsa was a fun bonus. Most of all, Jacob came through when our large group urgently needed a place to gather during the transition times on arrival and departure. He answered our calls quickly both times. I’d happily recommend the hostel to anyone :)

If you’re after a quiet, laid-back place, I’d recommend this hostel 100%. It’s in a calm area, with a grocery store, two little beach bars and a couple of restaurants just a few minutes away, but none right on top of you. There are several small beaches nearby and one larger one. The garden and fully equipped kitchen both feel cozy, and the rooms are nice, with comfortable beds, a fan and AC. The bathroom was okay. I felt at home almost as soon as I arrived, and it seems great for a longer stay.

The beaches are relaxed and lovely, just 40 meters away, and the Croatian sea is beautiful. Supermarkets and the bus station are about a seven-minute walk. The owner is a great guy and always ready to help. There’s laundry service and a comfy hammock where you can have breakfast. The whole place has such a relaxed feel, it’s like being at home. An incredible hostel in an incredible spot. Perfect, perfect.

I spent seven days in Croatia and ended up staying at this hostel twice. It’s less than a minute from the beach, close to the airport, and there are good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The owner looks after everything and everyone, and the place feels comfortable and homey. If you’re coming to Split and want to feel at home during your stay, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

I was nervous since it was my first hostel stay, but it turned out to be a great experience. The room and bathroom were clean, and the owner was so accommodating and helpful, one of the nicest people I’ve met in Europe so far. I couldn’t recommend the place more.
