A lovely place to stay for a holiday, in a peaceful and beautiful setting.

A good spot to slow down and relax, with air conditioning in both the bedrooms and living room. The grounds feel private and have a pool, terrace, barbecue, and carport. Poreč and the sea are about 10-15 minutes away.

The house itself is really nice, but we came hoping for quiet and didn't find it. Houses now stand very close on both sides, so it can feel like people are watching you, and it's easy to hear their conversations. The surrounding area has filled in with lots of new homes, and construction quiet hours aren't the same as in Germany. One evening at 10 pm, while we had wine on the terrace, a circular saw was going instead of crickets. There are also four German Shepherds at the start of the street, kept in a concrete kennel. They wake up at night and bark constantly, so having to shut the windows in warm weather wasn't pleasant. Updated photos are urgently needed because the neighborhood has changed so much. We'd definitely return if the house were somewhere else, but not on this street.

The owners were super friendly, and we'd be glad to return. It's a lovely, well-kept holiday home in a peaceful spot, with everything we needed and a lovely pool.
