Villa Tea

Jurica greeted us with a lovely tray of cheese and charcuterie in the fridge, plus bottles of the family wine in the cellar. He was keen to make us feel at home and could offer tips or directions for places around the area, including spots we hadn’t heard of, like Pasjaca Beach. The villa worked really well for our group of six. There was room at every seating area, and the outdoor kitchen had everything we needed, even a dishwasher. The two upstairs bedrooms open onto a big balcony with hammocks. From the downstairs bedroom, you can also head upstairs without going through the other two rooms. With a rental car, it’s a handy place for visiting Cavtat or Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is about 20 minutes away, so you can enjoy the city during the day and come back to a peaceful evening. The airport is just across the valley, though we didn’t really notice it.
