The island and village are wonderful. The apartment behind the owner’s house was nicely decorated and comfortable. I recommend the place, though the owner could respect guests’ comfort more. She seemed concerned about us using the air conditioning and the electricity cost, and kept asking whether we’d left it on. She offered us parking, but when we were getting ready to go out, she repeatedly urged us to take the car.

Apartment Jasmina is right by the sea, so you can start the day with a swim, and it’s less than a five-minute walk to Korcula’s old town. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the friendly host made it feel like home. Great!

The view is the highlight. A minute outside the door, you can watch a beautiful sunrise, then catch the sun going down in the evening. The room seemed recently renovated and was well equipped. It’s an easy walk from the ferry port, and the owners are a sweet family who greeted us with a smile and a beer. A great place to stay if Korčula is part of your Croatia trip.

The room was thoughtfully finished, especially the lovely bathroom, and the location made it easy to step outside and swim in the Adriatic. Our host greeted us with a cold beer, which was such a nice touch. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

We stayed a few days in this pleasant apartment just beyond the city center, with a view of the sea and a little kitchen. I did miss having somewhere to set my suitcase, a kitchen towel, and a broom for keeping things tidy.
