We had three comfortable nights at Apartments Tedeschi, right on the seafront in the old town. The location was exceptional, and having a pizzeria downstairs was handy. Petar was quick to respond, very easy to find, and keen to suggest things to do, including the Sword Dance. Korcula is lovely to visit. In early May, the quieter streets felt refreshing after Dubrovnik. Don't miss the view from the Sveti Marko bell tower, or the palazzo behind the cathedral that Tito gave to Sir Fitzroy Maclean, of SAS fame. The two-hour catamaran from Gruz, the Dubrovnik port, cost €10. I'd love to come back someday!

The owner is the best, and over a bottle of wine he can tell you the whole history of the island. The apartment is clean and nice, at the top of Korcula's main street, with a cool view. I didn't notice any pizza smell.

The top floor apartment has stunning views on three sides, and a nice breeze comes through the three bedroom windows. The host was extremely friendly, and we had a great chat when we arrived. We had a great time. I wish I lived here, and I'm already trying to figure out how to come back as soon as possible. Thank you!

Ivo greeted us and was attentive, friendly, and very pleasant. The room was clean and very quiet, ideal for sleeping. There's a pizzeria downstairs, and you absolutely have to try it. It was the best pizza I've ever had. I'll definitely return.
