Bed bugs! This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room was dark, and the place seemed very dated. The toilet seat was dirty, and the towel had a bloodstain. The power socket near the fridge was loose. But the worst was yet to come! An hour after getting into bed, I felt things crawling on me and my skin was very itchy. I couldn’t sleep, so I got out of bed and looked at it. I saw at least 20 bugs crawling around. It was disgusting and unbelievable. I took photos and videos, and I was bitten. It was after midnight, and I contacted the property manager, who moved me to another place. There were bugs in my suitcase too. I was so upset. The next morning, I had to catch an early ferry to Dubrovnik. A place like this should never be listed. They charged me so much and couldn’t even meet basic hygiene standards. It’s disgraceful! It ruined the rest of my holiday because I felt itchy for the next couple of days. My hair was itchy even after I washed it several times. Now that I’m home, I’ve had to seal all my clothes and belongings in bags and steam-iron them to stop any bug eggs spreading in my house. I also threw away my suitcase, since I saw a bug in it after arriving in Dubrovnik! If you don’t want your holiday ruined, it’s better not to book a place like this. I’ve attached photos of the bed bugs. I don’t want anyone else to go through the nightmare I went through.

The best host ever! She dealt with every issue we mentioned right away, brought us freshly baked cake every day, and kept the house clean. She even washed our beach towels for us. The location is great: two minutes from the Old Town and five seconds from the sea. You can jump straight into the water to cool off.

This place is amazing, truly out of this world. Everything was perfect, beautiful, and clean. The location couldn’t be better, right in Korcula Old Town. The entrance is very artistic, and the customer service was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back.

We loved our stay. The accommodation is a short walk from the historic center, but just far enough away from the crowds. It’s right on the seafront: cross a narrow street and you’re at the water. The room was large and beautiful, with a sea view, and clearly had been renovated recently. The bathroom was fine. The service was excellent, and we got lots of recommendations.

The location of this accommodation deserves five stars. The room is in an old stone house with a view of the sea just across the road. Unfortunately, the neighboring house extends a little toward the sea and blocks the direct view of Korčula Old Town. The room is spacious enough and gets plenty of natural light, but the furniture is due for replacement, and the mattress isn’t good quality. With some investment, I think this accommodation could be brought to a much higher standard. Given its location, it has great potential.
