Korcula Hill

We were right by the water at Blue Bay, with two restaurants less than a five-minute walk away. Mornings were so peaceful, and we cooked breakfast in the kitchen with a grocery store nearby. It was quiet and a lovely break from everything. The view was gorgeous, and the beds and amenities were lovely. Getting to the old town takes a bit longer, about 15 minutes by golf cart or 45 minutes on foot. We liked being away from all the action and relaxing, though I can see how staying in the old town might be more convenient. My only regret was not staying longer.

We loved the apartment and will definitely come back. The staff were very nice and flexible, and the bay in Korčula is one of the best places we've visited for a holiday. The sea is super clean, and handy electric golf cart transport means you don't need a car. A few things could be improved to make it a true five-star stay: a proper coffee machine, better beds, and more atmospheric dimmable lights.

We had a fantastic stay in Blue Bay building number 6 at Korcula Hill. Our penthouse was on the top level, with a full length balcony facing the bay and Adriatic. The apartment had a kitchen, living room, television, great Internet, and two bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. There was an elevator in the building, and the kitchen had everything for cooking, so bring groceries if you want to make a meal. Marina at the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful, and communicated well before and during our stay. Pickup and drop off in a private car were included in the room cost, and she also arranged trips to and from the old city for 13 euro each way. The beach is directly in front, and there's a beach bar/restaurant less than a five-minute walk away. There's also a small playground right beside the building, though we don't have kids. It stayed very quiet and peaceful throughout, we didn't hear a thing. An excellent stay!

The hosts were really kind and suggested meals and things to do. They also supplied a baby bed and feeding chair at no extra charge. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a nearby beach and only a short drive to the city. We loved staying here and will be back, hopefully for many years.
