Spomenko and his family were so welcoming and waited for us even though we reached the apartment late at night. The apartment was spotless, with fresh sheets and a bathroom that was just as clean, so I could relax in the bedroom. It's also a wonderful base for visiting Plitvice Lakes. Just a two-minute walk down the road takes you to the town center, with restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and bars. restoran “Time” was amazing. Thanks, Spomenko, for the warm hospitality and a memorable stay!

It has the basics you need in a clean, cozy room, and I really liked the atmosphere. The place isn't modern and feels a little like visiting relatives, but it's good value and well located. There were outlets by the bed for charging your mobile, a safe, a hairdryer, and a fridge. The bathroom was clean, the shower hot, and the towels clean. I also appreciated the nice view and the vacuumed floor under the bed. Service was very friendly!

We had a fine overnight stay with a friendly family, and the room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The first impression was great: the air conditioning and everything else worked well, and there was meant to be a separate wifi access point on each floor. In practice only one access point worked, and the signal was poor on the top floor. The bathroom also smelled bad for a little while, possibly because of the plumbing. Otherwise, the place was very clean and well looked after. We'd hoped to use the mini pool, but it was being cleaned and hadn't been refilled. We were staying to visit plitvice Lakes, and a 7:00 am start is best because the crowds get ridiculous. This place is probably much better value than the bigger hotels in the park.

Plenty of room, very clean, and in a great location. Walk down the road and you're in beautiful countryside.

A great place to stay, about a 20-minute drive from the national park.
