It's not a castle or a five-star hotel, but this is one of the best places I've stayed. The older owners are wonderful and give you a present and lots of good energy. It doesn't feel like the kind of hotel where you pay for a room and then get ignored for the rest of your stay. They're good people, the sort the world needs, and they're friendly to motorcyclists.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the place feels cozy. It's run by a very kind, sweet couple and is about a 15 minute drive from Entrance 2 of Plitvice National Park. It's right on the highway, opposite a petrol station.

The owners were so warm and friendly. When we arrived, they offered us a beer and gave us lots of useful information for our trip. They speak German, English, and Italian. It's very close to Plitvice Lakes. Five stars.

We’d definitely stay here again if we return to the area. It’s a perfect spot near Plitvice lakes, and the hosts are just as lovely.
